Johor Bharu - Police are looking for the culprit behind two fake social media accounts under the name of Tunku Mahkota Johor Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim.
Johor police chief Datuk Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Mohd said they had received two reports on the accounts - one on Facebook and the other on Twitter - that had allegedly been posting malicious statements.
Najmuddin said the fake Twitter account was reported to have posted unsavoury comments on a certain political party leader, while the Facebook account was used to upload derogatory comments on a Malaysian leader.
''The postings were found to be too repulsive.
"It can threaten or disrupt unity and harmony in the country,” he said.
