Kuala Lumpur, 7th August 2023 - Police will monitor and conduct 'profiling' of its men who are found to be living lavish lifestyles that do not commensurate with their positions and salaries.

Kuala Lumpur, 7th August 2023 - Police will monitor and conduct 'profiling' of its men who are found to be living lavish lifestyles that do not commensurate with their positions and salaries.
Inspector General of Police, IG Tan Sri Razarudin Husain said the 'profiling' will be carried out by Bukit Aman’s Integrity and Standards Compliance Department (JIPS) against members found to possess assets beyond their means and were spending lavishly.
“Take for example an, officer whose monthly salary is RM8,000 and he owns three houses and three cars.
“We will investigate his household spending, credit cards and others to determine if they commensurate with his income,” he was quoted as saying by a Malay daily.
